The Problem
Cellular devices are commonly found within correctional facilities and are being used to organize crime outside of the facility, schedule drone drops of paraphernalia within the facility, extortion, etc. Many solutions in the market can stop this problem, but cannot avoid RF leakage to the outside of the facility ultimately affecting civilians. There needs to be a solution that can verify illegal phones and directly shut them down without affecting the surrounding community.
The Solution
STEALTH RF’s Direction Finding System targets cellular devices forcing them to transmit at full power and uses phased array technology to determine the direction of the detected cellular device. Multiple sensors can be deployed to triangulate the signal/device and provide an approximate position along with digital identifiers such as IMSI/IMEI numbers. STEALTH RF’s solution is designed to protect, correctional facilities, borders or critical infrastructure by providing cellular detection, monitoring and location.
